Cleanbotics robots by the Russian company Waybot pay for themselves within the first 6 months of purchase*. Reduce your dependence on labor market fluctuations and make cleaning more consistent and predictable.
Accredited IT company and certified small tech enterprise
Participant in acceleration programs
Resident of leading technology hubs
Cutting-edge technology
Minimal human involvement — maintenance is required only 1–2 times per week*.
At the docking station, the robot automatically:
recharges its battery
empties dirty water, rinses the tank, and refills with clean water
receives cleaning solution
Brushes and squeegees are replaced as needed — on average once every 3 months — with just a few simple steps.
Maximum autonomy and easy maintenance
Cleanbotics robots are designed to operate safely in high-traffic areas with people and cargo — they navigate effortlessly around moving objects.
Their navigation system, powered by LiDAR and 3D cameras, provides a full 360° view, eliminating the risk of collisions.
Smart algorithms detect obstacles instantly and adjust the cleaning path in real time — without unnecessary stops.
Intelligent obstacle recognition
Versatility: simultaneous yet independent vacuuming and wet-mopping functions with no module change-over required. An industrial vacuum and scrubber-dryer combined in one housing.
Deep cleaning: boosted airflow delivers higher suction power for truly thorough results.
Smart surface detection: automatically identifies the floor type and switches modes; no manual brush swaps needed.
Adaptive performance: zone-specific adjustment of suction power and brush downforce to match each surface and cleaning scenario.

Powerful wet and dry cleaning
Intuitive Waybot Control interface
The Waybot Control interface works both on the robot’s tablet and on other devices — simply install the app.
Instead of a built-in display, the robot is equipped with a detachable tablet. Control cleaning remotely and with ease.
Waybot Robotics partners with leading public and private enterprises, airports, medical facilities, shopping and research centers, as well as professional cleaning companies.

FAQ
Maximum/minimum obstacle detection range?
Maximum range is 40m, minimum is 1cm
Can the robot drive under shelving?
All robots can move under shelves or other surfaces if they have enough width and a height at least 5 cm greater than the robot’s height.
Can the robots operate without an internet connection?
Yes, robots can operate offline: maps, cleaning tasks, and reports are stored on the robot’s internal drive. However, in this mode, remote monitoring and notifications are unavailable, and software updates cannot be installed automatically.
Suitable floor types for scrubbers?
All Waybot robots are designed for indoor use in dry, heated spaces with high-quality hard flooring (e.g. polished concrete, tile, self-leveling floors, etc.).
How often is maintenance required?
Maintenance must be performed regularly according to the service schedule.
Debris bin capacity?
The large debris tray on the Model 900 holds up to 10 liters. Other models do not have a tray — instead, they use a vacuum system.
What kind of debris can't be vacuumed?
The vacuum can handle debris up to 20×20×20 mm in size.
Challenges include long pieces of stretch film, rope, and irregularly shaped objects.
It can safely vacuum broken glass, loose materials (like grain, sand, fine gravel), metal shavings, powdery construction mixes, and similar debris, as long as size limits are met.
The vacuum module is available only on models 400-vac, 400PRO, and 900.
Cloud-based robot management
The Waybot Control cloud platform enables remote robot configuration and monitoring — including mapping, task planning, scheduling, and downloading cleaning reports.
To use the cloud platform, robots must be connected to the internet.
Can the robot move between two warehouses via outdoor routes?
Waybot robots are designed exclusively for indoor use in dry, heated environments with hard, quality flooring.
They are not weatherproof and not intended for outdoor use.
Moving over uneven outdoor surfaces can damage the suspension, and exposure to precipitation may harm electronics.
Such use is not covered under warranty.
Battery charge cycle lifespan
Robots use reliable LiFePO4 batteries from top manufacturers.
Declared full-depth discharge cycle life (DoD 0–100%) is up to 4,000 cycles.
However, full discharge to 0% is rare in practice.
What qualifications are required for maintenance personnel?
Maintenance must be performed by trained personnel.
It is recommended to have at least one technically competent staff member regularly servicing the robots, or to sign a service contract with an organization certified by Waybot Robotics.
Maximum recommended cleaning area per robot
Model 900 (large: warehouses, airports, parking garages, large factories): up to 20,000 m²
Model 600 (medium: malls, hypermarkets, industrial facilities): up to 10,000 m²
Model 400 PRO (small: offices, mid-sized retail, apartment lobbies): up to 2,000 m²
Model 400 (compact: small retail, residential floors, office buildings): up to 1,000 m²
